As cloud manufacturers vie for market share, they are giving new customers a lot of free services – installation, training, etc. While this is great for customers to receive, sometimes they feel the project management experience is rushed, impersonal and not tailored to their particular needs to make them successful for their employees, customers and against their competition. They don’t receive the proper testing on LAN/WAN, interview process to department heads, onsite cutover, training, post cut services and analytics. That is why Affiliated is offering an optional Total Care Service. Typically, there is a one-time project cost and a small ongoing monthly cost.

- 7 Days by 24 Hours
- 2 Hour Emergency Response
- 8 Hour Normal Response

Our Hardware
All hardware sold/rented is covered in our Total Care package. Replacement hardware is always like new or new.
Software Support Includes:
- Upgrades to the current release
- Patches and PEP
- Manufacturer Support
Monitoring Service Includes:
- Provides notification to the customer where applicable
- Turn in service tickets to providers
- Escalate tickets when applicable (following SLA from wholesale providers)
- Trap outages, partial outages, problems and information error codes to the solution
- Gives the customer web enabled password sensitive log in for network visibility where applicable
Meeting:
We host quarterly meetings with our customers to discuss tickets, SLA, and problems. We also plan for the next quarter and discuss how to get better or be flexible to unique customer needs.
